Thank you to all of our neighbors for a great turn-out to our first annual 42nd Avenue Street Fair on Sunday! From the live music to our local doggy daycare businesses to Delphina’s own booth, we really enjoyed seeing all of our great customers and (hopefully) new ones as well. The businesses of 42nd Avenue are having their first annual street fair on 8/29, from 2pm – 9pm. The street fair will be centered around 42nd Avenue and Alberta Court. Delphina’s Bakery will be there, along with several other businesses from the area. The street fair will be benefiting the Komen Foundation, and there will be a Classic Car & Motorcycle Show! Hope to see you there!

Just in time for hot weather! We have delicious Italian sodas made with Monin Syrup, the strongest iced coffee in town, and refreshing naturally sweetened Alpine Berry iced tea. We can also make your favorite latte on ice.

It looks like summer (may be) finally upon us! We have some plans in the works for this summer here at the cafe. Julio, our kitchen manager, is developing some new sandwiches and some salads, so be sure to keep an eye out for those. We are also planning on adding some more outdoor seating, possibly with umbrellas for the shade. We also have some double-strength iced coffee and refreshing herbal Alpine Berry Iced Tea!
You may have noticed several new faces here in the cafe. This month we said goodbye to Danielle and Melissa, who will be missed, and we have welcomed in Lisa, Ashley, Jessica, and Isaac. Our staff transition has been relatively bump-free! A big thank you to all of our great customers for being so patient with us.

We will be closed Sunday, 5/30 and Monday, 5/31, in honor of Memorial Day. Be sure to grab pastries for the weekend on Saturday! Regular business hours resume Tuesday, 6/1 (6:45am – 4pm).

Sunday Parkways is Sunday, May 16th, from 10am to 3pm. We will have a booth set up at Wilshire Park, between NE 33rd and 37th, Skidmore & Shaver. Stop by for a quick bite, juice, or sandwich!
